Refund Policy
Donations fund ongoing community work, so gifts are generally final. Exceptions below are always honored.
When refunds apply
Duplicate charges, amounts entered in error and reported within 30 days, or a campaign that never launches after your gift.
How to request
Email info@futuresocietiesforafrica.org with your receipt number, gift date, and amount. Staff confirm eligibility before any refund.
Timing and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 30 days, processed through our payment provider. Provider fees on the original charge are not recoverable.
Refunds keep their currency
Refunds return in the currency and method of the original gift, whether mobile money, card, or PayPal.
